Professional Background

I am a UX strategist and researcher with a decade of experience in management consulting and digital transformation; now channeling that expertise into designing human centred products that make measurable differences in people’s lives.

For over 10 years, I have led transformation programs across banking, insurance, manufacturing, and the public sector. I have managed complex projects, mapped user journeys, driven adoption of new systems, and highlighted process and service design improvements.

Along the way, I discovered my passion for understanding human behaviour. I enjoy uncovering user needs, translating them into insights, and shaping solutions which have led me to pivot more deeply into UX research.

Today, I bring hands on experience in user interviews, survey design and administration, usability testing, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototype creation.

I work fluently with tools like Miro, Dovetail, and Qualtrics to turn research into actionable design recommendations.
